Recipe for Beef cooked in soy sauce

 




Material:

- 750 g beef

- 5 cloves of thinly sliced ​​red onion

- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced

- 10 whole chilies

- 3 large red chilies cut into pieces

- 5 large green chilies cut into pieces

- 3 bay leaves

- 1 lemongrass stalk

- 1 thumb of galangal

- 1 thumb of ginger

- meat stew

- sweet soy sauce to taste

- salt sugar and powdered broth




How to cook:

- Boil the meat, drain. Then cut into pieces, do not throw away the cooking water

- Saute red onion, bay leaf, galangal, ginger until fragrant

- Add chilies, lemongrass stalks, and beef and bring to a boil. Add salt and sugar and adjust the taste.

- Let the spices soak for about 5-10 minutes
