Materials:


- 1 board of tempeh, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
- 2 tablespoons of rice flour
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 kaffir lime leaves, remove the bones and finely chop
- Right amount of oil

Ground spices:

- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 cm turmeric
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste

How to make:

1. Mix the ground spices with flour, rice flour, tapioca flour, sliced ​​scallions, and sliced ​​lime leaves.
2. Add a glass of water and stir until smooth.
3. Roll the tempeh into the wet flour mixture, then fry in hot oil until cooked.
