155 Grams of mutton thigh

How to make
- Cut mutton wide, knead with fine spices. set aside
- Heat the oil, sauté the sliced shallots, cardamom, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, and lemongrass until fragrant. Add the seasoned mutton, stir until smooth.
- Give coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Cook over low heat until the coconut milk runs out and the meat is cooked. Transfer the seasoned meat to a heatproof loin. Bake in the oven until browned. Remove and ready to serve.
