Pagar Puri Goat Curry For 4-5 Person





Ingredient

400 grams of Goat Meat and Ribs

3 Tablespoons of Oil

Spices are mashed

7 Shallots

3 Cloves of Garlic

2 Big Red Chilies

7 pieces of curly red chilies

1 Teaspoon of Ground Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Fennel

2 Cm Ginger

3 Cm Roasted Turmeric

4 Cardamom Grains

4 Cm Cinnamon

600 ml Coconut Milk from 1 Coconut

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon of Sugar

1 Tablespoon of Tamarind Water

200 Gram Eggplant (Forefinger Eggplant) Cut into large pieces

How to make

Cut the lamb meat and ribs, set aside. Heat oil, saute ground spices, cardamom and cinnamon until fragrant and cooked. Add the mutton stir until it changes color.

Add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Stir again until it boils. Enter the field eggplant Stir until blended.

Cook until the meat is cooked and the spices are absorbed then remove from heat.
