Roasted Goat Curry with Pecan Seasoning

 


Ingredients

500 Grams of Goat Meat

1 Liter Water For Boiling Meat

2 bay leaves

2 stalks of lemongrass

Ground Seasoning

10 Shallots

4 cloves garlic

7 Pecan Nuts, Roasted

3 cm Ginger

3 cm Galangal

1 tablespoon coriander

0.5 Teaspoons of Pepper Grain

1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar

Salt to taste

50 ml Oil for greasing

How to Cook it

Boil the meat with all the ingredients except oil, until tender and cooked.

Then remove and thinly slice the meat wide.

Heat a Wave Pan, add a little oil.

Grill the meat on it while occasionally smeared with spices.

Once cooked then remove and ready to serve.
